Regarding the ring with reference 12232PW, I have to say that I liked the ring and everything went normally.
Strange, however, that you ask nothing about the ring with reference number 12237BL (order #TSEN202215831).
In fact, this order was placed last July 13.
Despite information from the carrier MRW that the order would be delivered on July 18, this did not happen neither on that day nor on the following ones.
Therefore, on 22 July, I sent an e-mail to the address you indicated, informing you of the situation and requesting your intervention to solve the problem.
This email has yet to receive a reply.
In the meantime, following my contacts with the carrier (which is not my job), I finally managed to have the order delivered at the beginning of August.
And why did all this happen? Because, instead of writing on my address that the door number is No. 12 (as stated on my registration with your company and as has always happened in (several) previous orders), you wrote No. 1...
In short: as for the ordered ring: I was satisfied; as for customer service: terrible!
