Unfortunetly the knot has been opened. (I did not do it, luky me I was at home) I sent mail to customer service and no answer. I am dissapponted more about service than bracelet.

Ma bracelet was broken after 2 week, I sent a message, just a reply that someone would answer and than silence radio… so upset as I am was a big fun…
